KFL PAC Releases Statement on Insurance Commissioner Vicki Schmidt seeking the Republican Nomination for Governor

Vicki Schmidt has the worst record on life of any Republican to ever seek office in Kansas. Among other things, she was the only Republican in the Kansas Senate to oppose both a bill blocking taxpayer-funded abortions and a bill limiting live dismemberment abortions — positions that mirrored those of then-Senator Laura Kelly, with whom she closely aligned.

Kansans for Life PAC will not allow Commissioner Schmidt to hide from her record, nor should primary voters let her slip through what could be a crowded field.
